Scott Pargett Scott Pargett is a key member of the Lily Creative Group. In 2002 he formed the successful design firm Spargett™ Design Studios in San Francisco, CA. Since then he has accumulated a body of knowledge with his expertise as a designer of digital arts, web design, print, and video production. Scott is versed in cutting edge design trends, usability, and a higher standard of excellence which transcends to the Lily Creative Group and raises the bar for visual design.
